Dr. Bill Weiss, Professor Emeritus of Dairy Cattle Nutrition at The Ohio State University, brings over 35 years of experience in researching dairy cattle nutrition, including the impact of minerals and vitamins on cow health and feed evaluation. He has published over 150 journal articles, delivered numerous nutritional short courses, and written more than 450 extension articles. His accolades include several awards from the American Dairy Science Association and being named an ADSA Fellow in 2015. Additionally, he contributed to the Dairy NRC in 2001 and co-chaired the 2021 NASEM Dairy Committee. Dr. Weiss holds degrees from Purdue University and The Ohio State University.

Dr. Pedro Melendez, Clinical Professor at the City University of Hong Kong. His research efforts and expertise are focused in the areas of Dairy production medicine, Transition cow management, Epidemiology of periparturient diseases, and Nutrition management and fertility in the bovine specie. He also has a vast experience in applied research and a close relationship with several academic institutions in Latin America and has published several extension articles related to dairy cattle.
