Read the Technical Document on Paradigmox® White Dry as a solution to the New Grain Syndrome
This study investigated the difference in oxidative status of freshly harvested grain compared to grain from the previous year’s harvest. Furthermore, the study assessed the ability of our solution to mitigate oxidation. Key findings were:
- Oxidation increases upon the grain being ground.
- Oxidation increases sharply during the first week after grinding and then slowly decreases before peaking again at around 3 weeks.
- Samples from the previous year’s harvest showed minor oxidation results, compared to that of the freshly harvested grain, confirming the hypothesis.
- The use of Paradigmox® White Dry successfully reduced the level of oxidation.
